The Place's policy lasts 14 days.

After such a date due, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For a possible return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

If the specified address is incorrect or incomplete and the package needs to be resent, the customer pays for the full transport costs.

Buyer is responsible for paying for its own shipping costs in case of return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
