CANCELLATION POLICY 

(MEMBERSHIPS, JOURNEYS + READINGS)

For courses and any other kind of memberships or immersion own and held by The Place all sales are final and non-refundable.

For the Readings you have the right to cancel your reading up to 48Hours before your appointment & be fully reimbursed. After that limit - the reading won't be refunded or rescheduled.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices indicated on this website are in euros, include VAT (21%)The billing is done according to the price on the order confirmation.
Purchases made on THE PLACE are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Stripe and PayPal.  

All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections.

PAYMENT PLANS

By entering a journey via payment plans, you agree to repay the monies owing to your creditor (The Place).

You agree to repay the balance by entering into the agreed payment plan that you specified on our online payment portal services, including any variation that you make to your agreed payments plan in accordance with these payment terms and conditions.

You agree to make payment amounts specified and made by you as payment of the balance outstanding to the creditor until the balance is repaid in full.

Payments will be deducted from your bank account for the agreed amount via the method nominated by you.

By entering into this payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as outlined below.

All instalments under your payment plan must be paid on or before the due date.

You will receive payment reminders of your payment plan via email.

All payment arrangements are subject to review.

A payment plan can’t be cancelled when a journey/mentorship has started.

DUTIES AND TAXES

The Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties

THE PLACE is not responsible for any fees charged by third parties.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

By ordering goods or services from the internet site of THE PLACE the Buyer explicitly allows his personal data to be processed for administrative purposes such as managing a customer database, recording orders, deliveries and invoices and checking solvency.
